Terms

Terms of use & subscription terms.

The conditions that apply when you use this site, consult our physicians and subscribe to a protocol.

Last updated September 2026

01Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and physically located in a US state where our physicians hold a license. Treatment cannot be prescribed or shipped outside those states.

You agree to provide accurate information. Withholding a medication, condition or prior reaction can make a protocol unsafe and is grounds for declining or terminating care.

02This site is not medical advice

Product pages, category hubs and educational content describe how compounded protocols work in general. They are not a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation or a substitute for a consultation.

Nothing on this site guarantees a specific clinical outcome. Averages and ranges quoted from published research describe study populations, not your individual result.

03Physician consultation conditions

Submitting an intake requests a clinical evaluation; it does not purchase a specific medication. The reviewing physician may approve, modify, defer pending labs, or decline your request.

Prescribing decisions rest solely with the licensed physician. We do not influence, incentivize or override them, and no volume or product-based compensation is paid on prescriptions written.

04Pricing, subscription cadence and billing

Protocols are offered on 1-month, 3-month and 6-month cadences; Quatro is offered as a 12-month annual protocol in place of a 6-month term. Longer cadences are discounted and charged upfront for the full term; the 1-month cadence renews monthly.

Prices shown are starting prices for the lowest dose and may change with the dose or formulation your physician prescribes. You see the final amount before you submit, and any change after review is confirmed with you first.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term using your saved payment method, with an email notice before renewal. Cancel any time before the renewal date and no further charge is made.

05Refund guarantee and returns

If a physician determines a protocol is not clinically safe or suitable for you, your payment is refunded in full and no consultation fee is retained.

Once a prescription has been compounded and shipped it cannot be returned or resold, as federal law prohibits restocking dispensed medication. Damaged, mis-shipped or temperature-compromised shipments are replaced at no cost — contact the clinical team within 48 hours of delivery.

06Acceptable use and account security

You may not share your account, resell medication, or use the site to obtain a prescription for anyone other than yourself. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

07Limitation of liability and changes

To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of this site is limited to the amount you paid for the protocol in question. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for professional negligence by a treating clinician.

We may update these terms; material changes are emailed to active patients before they take effect, and continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.

Ready to begin? The clinical assessment takes about five minutes, and you are only charged if a licensed physician approves your protocol.
