The process

Three steps from assessment to delivery.

No waiting rooms, no referrals and no charge unless a physician approves your protocol.

01Online clinical assessment

You complete a focused medical questionnaire that takes about five minutes. It covers your state of residence, date of birth, relevant measurements, medication list and the specific screening questions for the protocol you are interested in.

The questions adapt to what you are treating, so a weight protocol asks about height, weight and thyroid history, while a performance protocol confirms you are not taking nitrates.

02US licensed physician evaluation

A physician licensed in your state reviews your answers, usually within 24 hours, and either approves a protocol, adjusts the dose or formulation, or declines it on safety grounds.

If you are not cleared for treatment, your payment is refunded in full and no consultation fee is retained. If the physician needs more detail, they reach out before deciding.

03Discreet cold-chain or express delivery

Approved prescriptions are compounded by a US licensed 503A or 503B pharmacy and shipped in a plain unmarked box with no clinical branding on the outside.

Temperature-sensitive vials travel in an insulated mailer with gel packs and a temperature log. Tablets, sprays and gum ship room-temperature by express courier with tracking.

04Ongoing follow-up

Your titration schedule ships with the protocol, and refills arrive on the cadence you selected — monthly, quarterly or twice-yearly.

You can message the clinical team about side effects or dose changes at any point, and a physician re-reviews before each escalation.

Ready to begin? The clinical assessment takes about five minutes, and you are only charged if a licensed physician approves your protocol.
